The Cerrado Mineiro is the highest quality coffee-growing region in the state of Minas Gerais.

Its large surface area and plateaux enable mechanized production to harvest a large volume of Arabica. This terroir produces smooth cups, with hints of chocolate and hazelnut, and low acidity. A quality well above the average, with the best value for money.

The coffee score, with over 80 points, gives it the status of a specialty coffee. This coffee is bought directly from the Expocaccer cooperative. Expocaccer is renowned for the quality of its work with over 1,000 producers in the region. For our part, we've been working with Expocaccer for several years with complete confidence.
